Heirloom Flannel Baby Girl and Boy Announcement Kit
This kit has everything you need to make six announcements for your new baby girl or boy. One finished card has been provided as a sample of how to assemble.
This baby announcement was improved and modified from a pattern found among our Aunt's many "keepsakes."
Girl: The "dress" opens up to reveal a note, "Our darling little girl is here, and are we proud? You bet! There may be cuter girls around, but we haven't seen one yet!"
Boy: The "jacket" opens up to reveal a note, "Our handsome little fellow's here, and are we proud? You bet! There may be a more charming boy around, but we haven't seen one yet!"
Below this is a space to put name, date of birth, weight, length, and the proud parents.
Included in kit:
* 100% cotton flannel fabric precision cut using a special, copyrighted die-cut pattern
* Cardstock
* Envelopes
* Buttons for the "dress" or "jacket"
* Complete and detailed instructions
All you need is a glue stick and a few drops of Elmer's glue.
The back of the cardstock can be used to place a photo of your precious new baby.
It was suggested to us by many that we sell this kit in a more commercial way (via supermarkets, etc.) but we decided not to. You will not find another kit like this available - it is truly unique, one-of-a-kind, and adorable! :)
We can also customize this kit. Send us your fabric, we will precision cut it and send it back with the rest of the kit. Please contact us first if you would like this done. :)
